Birds like to hunt for food in the morning. Most of the time the bird sounds will occur in the early morning when they get up and look for food. Bird nests can harbor diseases and bird fecal dust can become airborne unfortunately. When birds roost in attics the noises they make cause problems for residents.

So if you hear noises when you first wake up you could have birds flying in and out of your attic.
